Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce) under regular curriculum with Associate / Fellow Membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Preference will be given to those having qualification of Company Secretary ship (ACS/FCS) Experience: Having not less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in handling financing, accounts, treasury, audit functions, financial compliances & reporting, Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) and Taxation of which not less than 5 years in the Senior Management Cadre.
2. Company Secretary
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce)undergone under regular curriculum with Associate Member of Fellow Membership. Preference will be given to those having qualification in Law. Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification Experience in the Secretarial Department of a Public Limited Company. Hands-on Experience in Compliances as per the provision of the Companies Act, 2013, filing of forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), administrative legal and other related functions.
