- Applicants should be from the states of Tamil Nadu, AP, Telengana, Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territories of Puducherry and Lakshadweep.
- Applicants should have passed the qualifying exam in 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023 / 2024.
