Expert – Energy Sector

b)      At Least 8 years post qualification of relevant PPP experience in energy project – such as planning, design, and feasibility studies as well as have a sound knowledge of energy technologies.

c)       A sound knowledge in the field of project financial analysis, risk allocation, tariffs, and tools for infrastructure development on PPP basis.

d)      Proven experience of structuring PPP projects In the energy sector is preferable.

e)      Experience in procurement of PPP projects in the infrastructure sector.  Specific experience in the energy sector would be preferable.

f)       Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Expert – Municipal Services – Water and Waste Water Sector

b)      At least 8 years post qualification of relevant PPP experience in energy projects – such as planning, design, and feasibility studies as well as have a sound knowledge of energy technologies.

d)      Proven experience of structuring PPP projects In municipal sector.

e)      Experience in procurement of PPP projects in the municipal sector.  Specific experience in the waste water  would be preferable.

f)       Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Project Analysts

b)      Three years of experience

c)       A sound knowledge in the preparation of feasibility studies, financial models is essential.

d)      Experience of structuring PPP projects may be desirable.

e)      Good Written and verbal communication skills in English.
