1. Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Gr.II
Must have passed+2 with Biology or Botany and Zoology. Must have Tamil Language as a subject in S.S.L.C level. Must possess two years Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector / Course training offered by recognized Private Institutions / Trust s / Universities / Deemed Universities, including Gandhigram Rural Institute training Course, with certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
2. Integrated Counselling Testing Center – Counsellor
Graduate degree in Psychology / Social work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience in HIV / AIDS. Candidates recruited from communities of people infected with or affected by HIV / AIDS may be considered with any graduation or Diploma in Nursing if they have a minimum 1 year of experience in HIV /AIDS.
3. Reproductive Maternal New Born Child Health – Counsellor
UG/PG in Social Work/ Hospital & Health Management / Public Administration / Psychology / Home Science. and 1-2 years experience in relevant field, Basic Computer Skills.
4. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
Must have passed Higher Secondary +2 must have undergone two years Multi-Purpose Health Workers (Female) Training course / Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Training Course awarded by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. A Certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
5. National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme – Lab Technician
Twelfth (10+2) and two years Diploma course in Medical Laboratory Technology Recognized by DME
6. Therapeutic Assistant
Diploma in Nursing Therapy (D.N.T) 2 year course approved by the Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy
7. NRHM – Therapeutic Assistant
Diploma in Nursing Therapy (D.N.T) 2 year course approved by the Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy
