1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates should have also proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
2. Officer Scale I
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent. Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in areas such as IT, Law, Agriculture, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Management, Horticulture and related fields.
3. Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and must have at least 2 years of experience as an officer in a bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale II (IT)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Communication, CS, IT or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks, along with 1 year of relevant experience.
5. Officer Scale II (CA)
Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant and should have 1 year of experience as a chartered account
6. Officers Scale II (Law)
Candidates must possess a degree in law with a minimum of 50% marks and should have 2 years of experience as an advocate or as a law officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
7. Officer Scale II (Treasury Manager)
Candidates must possess a CA or MBA in Finance and should have 1 year of relevant experience.
8. Officer Scale II (Marketing Officer)
Candidates must possess a MBA in Marketing and should have 1 year of relevant experience.
9. Officer Scale II (Agriculture Officer)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and should have 2 years of relevant experience.
10. Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and should have at least 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Insitution.
