2.      Must possess the appropriate Technical Trade Certificate in the following trade such as Mechanic (Mechatronics or Electronic Mechanic or Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance) or must have put in the minimum period of apprenticeship prescribed under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 (Central Act LII of 1961)

2.      Must Possess the appropriate Technical Trade Certificate Electrician (NTC and NAC) or must have put in the minimum period of apprenticeship prescribed under the Apprentices Act 1961 (Central Act LII of 1961)

2.      Must Possess Diploma in Printing Technology or Technical Trade Certificate in Litho Offset Machine from a recognized Institution by any State / Central Government.

3.      Experience: For Diploma holders, not less than one year experience in the operation of offset Printing Machine in a reputed Printing Press.

4.      For Trade Certificate holders not less than three years experience in the operation of Offset Printing Machine in a reputed Printing Press

2.      BCA or BSc Computer Science / Information Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Appliances

3.      Higher Grade in English and Tamil Typewritting and Desk Top Publishing Operator certificate issued from a recognized institution by any State/ Central Government.

4.      Knowledge in desk top publishing in any four of the following six languages Hindi, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Kannada, Teluga and Grantham

BC / MBC / DNC – 18 -34 Years

SC / SCA / ST  – 18 – 37 Years

PwBD – 18 – 42 Years
