The candidates applied for TN TRB SGT Recruitment 2024 should complete 12th Pass | Diploma | Graduate | B.Ed is eligible to apply for this post
Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT)
- Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known); (OR)
- Higher Seconday (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulation,s 2002; (OR)
- Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.); (OR)
- Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education); (OR)
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known); and
- Passed in the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper –I.
