Must be a retired Assistant / Assistant Section Officer (ASO), or equivalent, who served at Pay level 6 or 7 in the Government of India, State Government, attached / subordinate offices, or autonomous bodies. 2. Experience in accounts – related work, administration, and establishment matters, Good Knowledge of the latest Central Government rules and regulations, with the ability to handle cases independently. 3. Good drafting skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc. 4. Ability to work independently on the PFMS portal, e-Office, and RTI – related matters, Knowledge of speaking and drafting letters in Hindi is desirable |
