1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent as on 31/08/2026. 2. After appointment, candidates will have to pass the Skill test which will require Data Entry Speed of 8000 Key depressions per hour with in stipulated time, as mentioned in Appointment Order.
2. Stenographer Grade II
1. 12th Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized board as on 31/08/2026. 2. After appointment, candidate will have to pass Stenography Skill Test [ which will require Dictation Test: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute and Transcription Test : 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) (Only on Computer) within stipulated time, as mentioned in Appointment Order.
3. Multi – Tasking Staff
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board as on 31/08/2026.
