Educational Qualification:-
1. Administrative Officer :
Qualification: MBA / PG Diploma in Management from recognized institute.Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in leading corporates / firms / Government as Administrative Officer or similar roles handling administrative tasks. Proficiency in office procedures and computer applications, multi tasking ability along with excellent organisational and communication skills are a prerequisite.
2. Associate (Technical):
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Tourism / Hospitality / Ecotourism / Hotel Management.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision, operations and management of hospitality infrastructure, commercial facilities or hotel operations. Experience may include overseeing the day-to-day functioning of hospitality establishment / tour operations, coordinating operational activities and multiple stakeholders, monitoring service quality, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Experience in planning and execution of hospitality infrastructure and commercial projects will be an added advantage.
3. Project Co – Ordinator:
Qualification: Any Master’s Degree (Preferably Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or Management).Experience: Strong Communication, Coordination, Customer service and organizational skill are essential. Ability to manage stakeholder interactions, handle enquiries and support smooth project execution. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM softwares and digital communication tools is required. Inclined to field visits and travel.
4. Account Assistant:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Economics / Accounting and Finance. Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years experience in accounts, book keeping, financial reconciliation, inventory management, purchase records and payment processing.
5. Project Associate (Sales):
Qualification: Maser’s Degree in Management (Preferably Marketing and Sales). Experience: 1-4 years in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. Freshers with a Masters Degree in Management (Marketing and Sales) and strong communication, presentation and business development skills are preferable.
6. Naturalist:
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences. Experience: Exposure through work, internships, volunteering, or academic projects in ecotourism, hospitality, forestry, wildlife or conservation. Basic knowledge of visitor safety and sustainable tourism; First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage. Good communication skills in Tamil and English are mandatory. Certification or training as a naturalist, eco-guide or wildlife guide is desirable along with interest in nature interpretation, wildlife conservation and visitor engagement. Inclined to field visits and travel.
7. Destination Manager:
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or Management. Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality, tourism, resort, eco-tourism, or destination management sector, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory or managerial role. Experience in operations management, team leadership, guest relations, campsite / resort management, tour package coordination, booking systems and customer service is preferred.

- Administrative Officer – Up to Rs. 50000/- Per Month
- Associate (Technical) – Up to Rs. 35000/- Per Month
- Project Co-Ordinator – Up to Rs. 30000/- Per Month
- Accounts Assistant – Up to Rs. 20000/- Per Month
- Project Associate (Sales) – Up to Rs. 40000/- Per Month
- Naturalist – Up to Rs. 40000/- Per Month
- Destination Manager – Up to Rs. 35000/- Per Month
