Educational Qualification:-
- State Resource Person (SRP) – i) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any other Social Science Stream. ii) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. iii) Proficiency in reading and writing in Tamil and English. Possession of strong communication skills, Coordination, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling mobile apps, word, excel, and web portals
- District Resource Person (DRP) – i) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any other Social Science Stream. ii) Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. iii) Proficiency in reading and writing in Tamil and English. Possession of strong communication skills, Coordination, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling mobile apps, word, excel, and web portals
- Block Resource Person BRP) – i) Under Graduate Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any other Social Science Stream. ii) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. iii) Proficiency in reading and writing in Tamil and English. Possession of strong communication skills, Coordination, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling mobile apps, word, excel, and web portals
Age Limit:-
- State Resource Person (SRP) – 30 – 45 years
- District Resource Person (DRP) – 30 – 45 years
- Block Resource Person BRP) – 25 – 45 years
Salary:-
- State Resource Person (SRP) – Up to Rs. 25000 Per Month/-
- District Resource Person (DRP) – Up to Rs. 18000/- Per Month
- Block Resource Person BRP) – Up to Rs. 10500/- Per Month
